Frank Langella stars in Starting Out in the Evening as a novelist who has been working on the same novel for a decade, all he wants to do is finish it. His process is caught off-guard when he meets Heather (Lauren Ambrose), a grad student who has taken a great interest in the aging scribe. She is working on her thesis and believes that her work can help inspire him. The other thread woven into the film's fabric is his relationship with his daughter (Lili Taylor) whose boyfriend he disapproves of. This looks like it could be interesting, hopefully I will get a chance to see it.
