Something of note happened late yesterday, Blogcritics.org has had it's ten millionth visit. This occurred just shy of it's three year anniversary.
You may be asking yourself why I am bringing this up, what connection do I have with them? You may have noticed that at the bottom of most of my posts is a line saying "Also at Blogcritics." You see, I am a contributor at that site, and have been for just over a year.
You also may be wondering just what Blogcritics is. Blogcritics, as stated at the top of their front page is "A sinister cabal of superior bloggers on music, books, film, popular culture, technology, and politics." It is a collection of more than 1000 contributing authors bringing forth 60 new articles on a daily basis! There is a little bit of everything for you to read, from news to reviews, from music to politics, culture to movies and books.
They, we, are an official news source for Google News. A place where even yours truly has had reviews hit the front page. We are also affiliated with Advance.net, which is related to a number of newspapers across the US, as well as being a news source for Moreover.com. Waiting in the wings is Yahoo News.
I am proud of my association with them and hope to be with them for time to come.
10,000,000 is behind us, it is time to look forward to the next milestone.
